This place is absolutely disgusting. I brought my son to look at some pets and the employees were so rude. No body acknowledged us or greeted us. The girls working there were just rude. Also, saw this turtle in the tank with a big chunk out of its neck.. I will never return.

I don't usually leave bad reviews and I don't intend to now; however, my experience today was nothing less than frustrating. My boyfriend called this morning to inquire if you had a specific type of fish (an Oscar) and he was advised you did. We made our way to the store later that day, only to find out the specific fish he called about were sick and not for sale. Why is this not something the entire staff is aware of? Me and my fiancé went there to buy treats. And he forgot his phone there. So we went back and the Manager Alan was closing and he wouldn't let us in to get his phone. He also had him Credit card in the phone And we could see the phone from the window. Alan was very rude and not to mention My fiancé is a deputy and Alan called him a po po and who cares were closed. ok overall Staff is pretty helpful and prices are competitive. They are pet-friendly. They have a nice selection of pet food and fish. Overall it is a great place to buy pet supplies.
