5 stars xxxxx We highly recommend dog trainer Stacy Grant, NMB Petco, who trained both of my dogs so well they both became therapy dogs! Stacy truly is the dog whisperer! Maria in grooming has always done an excellent job!
Love this location and the staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The trainer Stacey is the absolute best! I wouldn't use anyone else. She knows here stuff and is a true animal lover. And I think that's what anyone should expect from their trainer. Is to be an animal lover. When my husband first decide do to do training we had no intention of going past level one. After 6 weeks of class and Stacey, we will be continuing with training. It's too good to pass up!
Possibly the worst customer service at check out tonight. The cashier had no clue how to handle a long line, after spending 10 minutes in line, the other cashier who was finally going to help us turns and says he had to carry someone's bag to the car all because that particular customer felt entitled to complain, what about the rest of your customers who were in line?!! La manager es grocera. Mal servico al publico. El manager con el pelo canoso no me dejo entrar a la tienda proque esta lla serada pero si dejo entrar a dos personas mas.
MEGAN an Assistant Manager (North Miami Beach) is Horrible. She Doesn't know the first thing about customer service. I had been a long time customer but no more. I shall drive a bit further north and go to PetSmart from now on.
