Stopped in on Wednesday 11/9 to take my autistic son to see the animal which he loves. This “wonderful” Petco killed me and my girlfriend’s Chinese Cave Gecko. We trusted them, after they PROMISED to do everything they could but they let him die AND PUT HIM IN A REFRIGERATOR THEN TRIED TO HEAT HIM UP WHEN WE GOT THERE TO GET HIM. But to them it’s “just a lizard”. Well to us that’s family. Whether it’s a lizard, dog, cat, fish ITS A LIVING AND BREATHING ANIMAL. We treat our animals as humans more like family. I went there today to look at some stuff for my 3 guinea pigs. And to get an idea on things I want to purchase for the chinchilla and rabbit I will be getting after all this goes down. The lady standing at the door was VERY rude. As I walked in I got asked “are you here to waste time or are you here to shop?
