I called to see if they had an escape proof dog harness in stock and the lady that I asked said "oh if your dog wants to get loose it will get loose!" There are many escape proof harnesses I just wanted to check before I drove way out to that store.
Stopped by to get a parakeet for my daughter's birthday plus all of the accessories. Chased down three different employees, one who said she'd find someone with keys and another that said she'd be right over so I had my daughter decide which she'd like. Waited HALF AN HOUR with no help. Ended up walking out with a heartbroken kid. Way to lose what would been a decent sale, team!

I took my puppy in to be groomed and it turned in to a nightmare. I was told to bring him in at 11:30. I took him in and mind you he's only 13 weeks so he doesn't get a full groom. Just face paws and buttocks . At 2:30, 30 minutes after they said he would be done he was still not done, upon demand to get him back I got a ticket to pay for $26.00 because he required a bath because of an accident he had in the cage. So they never groomed him but charged me for a bath. Worst experience ever!!
