I am hoping I can get this issue resolved! On July 30, 2020, I took my dog to the Settlers Trace Lafayette Louisiana location of Petco for a rabies vaccination. The vaccination was done but I was told that the tags and paperwork would need to be mailed to me because they didn’t have the tags with them. I paid the $19.00 vaccination charge plus the $4.00 license fee. It is now August 25, 2020 and I have yet to receive the tags and paperwork. Petco is selling sick guinea pigs and when I return them to get treated I'm at fault recently my guinea pig was treated for ringworm and when she came home she was super skinny so over the next few weeks I watched her to see if she'd pick up some weight and she didn't I then called Petco who treated her and they told me to return her to the one on Louisiana Avenue needless to say whatever was thinking of to them by the store manager I may not get my guinea pig back all because she got sick in Petcos care this wasn't my fault
This store needs to looked at by someone. It stinks when you walk in the doors. I bought 10 neon tetras yesterday and today they are full of ick. Lake Charles store is a very clean store. Will only go there from now on. This store is nasty!!!! Will Never buy anything here AGAIN!!!!!!
