Horrible grooming service!! Been a very long time customer at least last 6+ yrs and after today will NEVER be back!!! Thanks for showing me the type of company you really are!!! I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere
we visited there today to look at the female chinchillas. we asked if we could see her they said no. we get it you guys don't do that. but than to tell us that handling them is harsh on there fur is completely wrong. We actually own a chinchilla and handle him daily. Also while looking around I see most small animals do not have adequate water or clean bedding. I let the staff know that the hairless guniea pig was out of water and she just shrugged it off. Kind of sad I really hope you guys fix the way you handle and care fo... read more
Erica was our groomer. She does a wonderful job! She is gentle and friendly. My dog "Diamond" approves! :) I am satisfied when i leave the store! Thank you Erica! My Diamond looks so cute! 💕
Great staff, very helpful
RecommendedI want to thank Petco Arden for allowing Front Street to have the largest kitten adoption so far! 148 kittens! Thank you so much for your support!
The Kitten Adoption prom- Kitten Armageddon from the Front Street Animal Shelter, was fun but so disorganized! The store staff were nice, but didn't know anything about store items or pricing for any questions I asked. The store really needed a good cleaning and stock straightening. Lots of dead fish - you don't bring your granddaughters to see dead animals!!
Brought my cat in for a check up and shots. The staff was great and my kitty cat was totally relaxed and at ease with everyone
