I had a horrible experience at this Petco. While yes, they have a pretty large stock of supplies, their management and organization and consideration for pet owners lacks greatly. I had bought a guinea pig who ended up having a skin infection for which I brought it back for treatment under the Petco guarantee and they were horrible about it. They don't care about Animals The worst experience I've ever had with an animal store. I bought a Guinea Pig 3/4/12 and had to put her down 3/11/12 because of a pre-existing condition they did not notify me of. they have a 15 day return policy but they told me to get a refund I have to bring in the BODY OF MY DEAD ANIMAL. I told them I could provide a vet statement, they won't accept it. What kind of a humane place asks you to bring in the body of your dead animal?
Ask the cashier to call someone to help you get an animal. Otherwise no one will come.
