Waited in line for like 10 minutes, cashiers on the register are beyond slow, try to upload a gift card. The cashier blatantly said haven’t done this in a while and proceeds to grab a stack of like more than five gift cards and it doesn’t go through Or activate. Petco, y’all need to train your employees better especially when it’s busy time and are losing business and y’all don’t even seem to care, do better. Go to the other Petco in Downey to spare yourself the time and troubles.
Great service the staff was amazing. Definitely will be a returning customer my kitten felt right at home.
