06/10/2026 I walked in to the petco and asked for a price for a fish after they gave me a price they said fishes are closed. They told me to ask a manager and the manager told me "No because we are about to close" i had to walk out with my kids crying about the fish.
Accepted my order but then they canceled it because the local store didn’t have stock. Order canceled but then after I used all my coupons and credits. They refunded my credit card but the $45 I used in coupons and credits is gone forever never to be seen again.
They dont take care of the aquatic plants i been going their for almost 2 months the plants are allways dying and never have frozen fish food. All the plants are allways dead and rotting. Made many trips and its just a mess. Please have someone take care of that problem and ill change my review.
