I bought a Betta fish and discovered it had a fungal infection the next day and it died three days later. I tried to return it but had lost the receipt unfortunately and even though the cashier remembered me buying the fish there a few days prior her manager said they could not replace it. Like they can't override whatever they want. And they knew I bought it there just three days prior. And more of their Bettas on the shelf had similar fungal infections.
