hospitality This place is always dirty, you can never find an employee on the floor for help, and they do not take care of their fish tanks., I was just there for some fish supplies and there were 8 tanks with dead fish in them, 1 the fish was dying swimming on its side and I told the girl, it's not nice to see that fish just dying like that, get it out, and she just laughed and went to talk to her boyfriend.
What happened??? Going to this Petco is more of a side show than a pet store! Really what head is this manager thinking with? Your clerks at night wear safety pins to tighten her shirt to show off her breast, wears short tights? Your dog trainer is HUH? a personal trainer. Really? Who in the hell is running this store???????? There is no one on the floor and the managers are all in the office????? What happened Petco?
Yuck! What a horrible place to go I will never return. I went in yesterday and nobody was available to help me and the store wasn't even busy it just seemed like the store was a ghost town when it came to employees, where were they all? The grooming salon was dirty and the looked incredibly unprofessional and I already knew about the dog training there and was warned never to take my dog to the trainers there and after reading all the bad reviews about it I'm glad I had taken my friends advice! Going back to Petco Wow, Petco really is getting it together lately, got rid of the chihuahua packing grooming salon manager, will now bring Rocco back!!!
Tatts are ok but? If your children read be careful! We went into Petco grooming salon when my little girl said the words f--- y-- I was so ashamed. Then when Haley showed me where she seen it, I was angry. In large letters it is tattooed on the groomer Ivy!! We spoke to the store manager Leon and he said Petco lets their employees have self expression. Tha'ts nice but what about the kids reading this self expression. Stick with Petsmart people.
Loven my dog! Love it! They have a new trainer there that rocks! She's older and has it together. Signed up and have been so happy with Razz ever since. We really needed to do something, he was out of control knocking people over, nipping really thought we were going to have to send him away!!! Sandra the trainer saved Razz! Age and experience is the way to go we have tried younger trainers and they just didn't have the sage behind them!
Went to see Petco on Main We heard about all the fuss also, does bad news travel fast or what? We spoke to the General Manger then contacted the corporate office. Apparently whoever is making the bad news about the trainer didn't realize they could be traced through your ISP address and it is being looked into. We do not own a dog but have been shopping at this Petco for some time. Sandra has always been helpful to bad someone is not only insulting her but all of us who shop here.
Ivy is a great groomer! I have been a loyal customer of Petco for over a year, for my three dogs for one reason a great groomer!! Ivy is the best, she is knowledgeble and friendly. She even gave me some training tips to stop the barking and it worked!
