Today I had the worst experience ever with Petco in Vallejo California. I had scheduled a grooming of my dog. At the time of scheduling my appointment I was very clear that the vaccination certificate (in English)was from a Costa Rican vet , but that I also had the label from the vaccine bottle as required to come back into the USA with your pet.
