Today I had the worst experience ever with Petco in Vallejo California. I had scheduled a grooming of my dog. At the time of scheduling my appointment I was very clear that the vaccination certificate (in English)was from a Costa Rican vet , but that I also had the label from the vaccine bottle as required to come back into the USA with your pet. I was told no worries we have someone who speaks Spanish (not that you need someone to speak in Spanish), it’s all dates, lot numbers and the title of manufacturer. The women who re... read more
