I have been there 3 different times in this last week. Every single employee is RUDE. I wish I would have gotten some names but honestly I was in a hurry to leave. They have been rude to my sister in law, husband, and daughter on different occassions. They need people with better customer service to be working there.

Today the groomer at Petco, Kim, sliced our maltese' ear open while grooming him, which made him bleed badly. After two hours of "work" he still had stickers in his little fur as well. They told me that they had hurt him, called me in, then made me wait to see him. The groomers manager, Jasmine, was very unprofessional and unapologetic.
