Took my dog in for a trim, was told it would take 4 hours. Got a call after nearly 7 hours and was told my dog was ready only to arrive when she still had another hour. My dogs hair was butchered down to her pink skin. Watched as the grooming manager (Jen) herself roughly handled my pup.
