They took way too long to attend to us when we asked. Ask soo many question when you want to purchase an animal. my daughter had a complete meltdown because it took so long. Hubby wasnt happy either since he had to take her to the car and wait with her. Went to the Petco in West Covina today and I let them know that I had to pick up my daughter by 12 from pre K and the guy was quick and to the point. I will be going to that one from now on.
Take yourself to Petsmart Glendora. These rude, animal killers (yes your animals in store all look half dead, poor things) won’t even sell you a fish without asking you 21 questions as to why you are purchasing a fish. I believe it is out of laziness that they drive away their customers because they clearly do not care about animals.
I took my pugs to get a nail trim everything seem great till I got home check on my pugs nail's groomer forgot to cut the dewclaws. No bueno😳😬
I had the best shopping and grooming experience today. The sales people are so helpful and friendly. They walked me to items that my puppy needed and gave me great advise. You can tell they really love animals and their job. I can't wait to go back.
Wonderful store. -- great employees., great training people.
