There is a manager in their name, Lindsay and a girl that works there. name is cassandra or?. They are both extremely rude and I have had trouble with these girls 2 or 3 times now. Don't thank I'll be shopping at Petco again. I was just in there tonight to buy food and litter for my rescue animals and they were both rude and they knocked petco out of a $240.00 00 sale. I took my pup in for a vaccine booster that he received the first dose of at his annual wellness exam 5 weeks prior. They charged me an examination fee for this injection. He didn't need an examination, as we were there just over a month ago. I never even saw the vet. This was unacceptable. We won't be back.

Petco, Eldorado Pkwy, Frisco, TX. We registered for a puppy class. The training area is extremely small at this location. The trainer asked if I would be willing to come at another time. I said yes. When I went at the new time, my pup & I were the only ones. You might say: great, private lesson. I am an experienced handler. I WANTED other pups so my pup learns to focus on me. I expressed this. I have purchased about 24 fish that have all died. They do not honor their policy. My dog has been coughing every since he attended the vet there today we were 10 minutes late for our appointment and tried to call letting them know we were late for our grooming appointment they would not answer the phone. Even though they were not busy, and there was nobody there getting groomed, they denied us service. A lot of staff standing around doing nothing

Where do I begin? I had a 3:30 appointment for my Alaskan Malamute and arrived ON TIME. I was immediately met with excuses as to why my dog couldn't be groomed. The first was because I booked my dog under the wrong name. I changed my dog's name from Alice (which was given to her at the shelter) to Sascha. I wa told we had to rename her and reschedule. It has been almost a year since I have walked into Petco in Klamath Falls, Oregon. I was definitely surprised at how filthy the place was! The colorful plastic tubing by the rodent/guinea pig section had a layer of dust all over it like it has been a good year since it was dusted. The place smelled throughout the store. The shelves were stocked & pallets of inventory sitting in aisles so at least the store has product to sell for people. This review is specific to Unleash store #1192 in H St in Chula Vista, CA. Here are the accounts of what occurred. - We have an 80-pound double doodle.
