I'd above at all costs. They declined my puppy at the door.
The store itself is fine. But petco grooming is a joke. They will literally find any excuse not to groom your dog. I dont remember seeing all their stupid policies before booking my appt. One location wouldnt take her because she had a heart murmur. And then this location asked how old she is. I said 15 and they said the cutoff is 14. Oh and this was after the girl was late coming back from lunch. They could not find my appt and I had to show them a screenshot to even prove I had an appt. I'm so upset. I had a Zoom Groom appointment today. I made it Friday. I drove to Petco and she informed me she didn't have time. She is the one that made the appointment. I'm livid. Horrible place. Do not take your dog there.
