Friendly manager I went to buy a turtle for my husband. The manager let me know about the laws on turtles, gave me a price range if I DID find one & who might have one. They didn't mind my 8 mth old daughter and I walking around just looking at all of the animals and they had a shopping cart which made it much easier! PROS: nice assortment of animals, categorized shelves make it easy to get in & ou CONS: didn't see any dogs when we went
Horrible store.... I feed my dogs Solid Gold dog food, and in this area, there are no other places where I can purchase it besides Petco. However, if there were other places, I would definately be going. A ragged old barn that sold this dog food would be better than going to this store. The employees are rude, there is always pallets scattered throughout the store making it difficult to get to some things. The manager has talked down and about a petstore that is a small business multiple times to customers. In Brazoria county small business are a huge part of the community somebody needs to take her place cause clearly she doesn’t know the #1 rule NEVER DOWN TALK ABOUT YOUR COMPETITOR IN A NEGATIVE MANNER TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Maybe instead of worrying about other stores she should worry about her store being a mess.
poor customer service, make customers wear mask. Store is filthy. Animals poorly taken care of.

There are few employees working when we go and we sometimes have to wait a good bit for the one at checkout to break away to help us because the other one is useually already helping someone, if there is another worker, other than the checkout. BUT, STAFF IS ALWAYS POLITE and willing to help out a.s.a.p. always enjoy visiting Petco. The petsmart had one rude employee and since then i only go to Petco. I'd rather wait for good curtious help than be disrepected. THANK YOU PETCO, CAN'T WAIT TO COME AGAIN :)!!
I took Clyde and Willy from the SPCA and they had a great time, as did I!!
