I brought some items back for a return at the highland village location with my receipt from a fee days ago and was refused cash back when asked even though it was a debit purchase. I have been shopping here for years and have always been greeted by friendly staff and never had a hassle getting cash for a debit return with receipt. Your Blue Buffalo rep asked me to have my kids put back the toys they were “playing with” (they each had a $20 Jolly ball that we were going to purchase for our two dogs) because “they keep touching everything.” When I asked her for her name, she removed her name badge. I had issues with the coupon that I just received in the mail .. but Marvin was wonderful and called customer service and stayed with it (over an hour) untill he got me the outcome I needed!! The issue was with corporate..not the store .. he went above and beyond..true customer service..
Employees went out of their way to send us pics of the guinea pigs they had on hand while we were at another store. Thank you Terry and Jason for the great customer service. My daughter is beyond thrilled with her new friend, Marbles.
Petco has great great customer service! We got our bearded dragon here, and every time we have a question or concern they lead us in the right direction! Also, we have searched for crickets many places, and every where we go they die within a day - for some reason these last! :D thanks Petco!!
