They do not take proper care of their reptiles... We visited there a few days ago and we seen a very sick snake... When I called to ask bout taking it him or her off their hands so I could better care for him or her she said well we take care of all the animals and if its sick we would have to take it to the vet.... I said well okay it needs to be taken to the vet and FED!!!! She said its not sick so I just hung up on her by the way took pictures of it....

My friend sent a digital gift card for my dog for her birthday,we have no way to retrieve it because the email won't work!Could I just maybe bring her in and she can get it?
BEST PETCO ever built! Most of the staff have been there since 1997. What an awesome crew
