Find everything! I am not an animal lover but this place would be amazing for those of have animals. They have anything and everything you would want to keep your pets all groomed and looking great! Prices are also not too bad.

Taken advantage of I was told by the groomer who took my dogs in talked like she knew what my breed was supposed to look like. What was a Wire Fox Terrier was groomed like a Miniature Schnauzer. I was getting them groomed because I was having minor back surgery the next day. I was terribly disappointed with the grooming, but did not have time to voice my concerns as the grooming salon part of the store was closing. The groomer that checked the dogs in was not there. Long time customer Been going here for years. Very good neighborhood store. People are helpful. Selection is good i guess they need 100 characters. That's all I really wanted to say.

My friend had an appointment for her dog Ococee today and the groomer called her 5 minutes later and told her to come pick her up because she was thrashing in the water and not able to control her. She was their to get her dog within two minutes and ocoee was not even wet and so the groomer had lied about even trying to give her a bath. Then my friend told her that Ocoee has been to Petco off FireWheel Parkway 4times and had no issues. The employee then proceeds to tell her maybe you should just go back there.... So I go into Petco to buy some tidy cats pellet litter and tidy cats cat pads. Go to self checkout and tell them I want to price match.... they said okay we only price match with OUR online store??? Sooo you price match yourself??? That makes no sense! Petsmart will always be ahead of them! Because this place is ridiculous and half the time their pets look sick! They don’t even know their own policy??? Their corporate office needs to help this store! Because they suck!

First, they could not let their fish drown, literally. They could at least make an effort to fix their tank where the fish get caught in the small water overflow. This has been going on for YEARS until finally one caring employee fixed it. It's doing it again and there were 20 fish struggling to breath caught in the trap. The manager could give a flip and corporate can't be reached. It's a dark hole and calls are never returned. Disgusting place. May get the local AC involved.

I luv bring my dog to this establishment! They are very professional and courteous group of people. They truly love serving your pet. This is the only place that I bring my dog for the last 13 yrs. The clinic that is held there is 1st class and the prices can’t be beat! Luv my Pet is the best! Thank you!
