Do not shop for GRAIN at the katy petco! My $30 bag of senior blue buffalo dog grain was slimy..... turned out within a week of buying it theres maggots and a MOTH flew out! I am sick to my stomach I already contacted corporate!!!! This store always has bugs flying around but no other petco in my area. I will never shop at this FILTY location again! They need to hire exterminators i hope and pray my dog does not get sick now

I took our new puppy to the groomer and was really excited about using Luke. He was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. He couldn’t fit us in for a cut but did do the nails. We came back the next day and left our pup. Told them we wanted the face trimmed so he could at least see and just a brush and bath. Came back... they shaved his head and stopped before the neck. I brought my dog to this location for vaccines. When I walked into the building there was a foul odor. The store is not clean!! You can smell the guinea pigs, the floors have not been swept or mopped. It needs a serious cleaning with Clorox. � The ladies working the Vetco Clinic were not friendly, no customer service skills and not knowledgeable. I waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged. We went to buy food for our great dane and bought her PURINA PRO PLAN, we found out that there were WORMS and Spider webs on it!!!
So in the girl's most recent bag....I noticed this just now. Sadie has been acting sick and not wanting to eat. I thought it was her belly acting up again. I looked close this morning as I was scooping and saw all this webby crap. Pulled it out and there are little worms all through. Idk if this is a store problem or a problem from factory, but this is the first time encountering. The brand is Pro Plan Chicken & Egg Grain Free. Not happy with this location. Took me nearly 30 minutes to get ANYONE to answer the phone, then they have no grooming available for the rest of the week.... and it's only Tuesday. Sucks they don't answer the phone, sucks that I was one of the 1st to use their grooming salon after it reopened, now can't even get an appointment. And every time I go, I have to remind them to clip my Jazzy's dew claws. If you are that busy, hire more people!
