The absolute worst experience I have ever had . We have been waiting for 1 1/2 hours. And still waiting. We will go to a regular vet next time or The Human Society. The girls working the shots were very rude, especially Jackie. She disputed my word as to when we arrived.

The girls working the shots were very rude. Jackie argued me as to the time I arrived. She finally says "I guess the best thing is to agree to disagree. How dumb to say that to a customer.
This is our first time using Petco grooming and we will definitely be back! The groomers were so patient and sweet with my Oliver! He is a rescue who has only been with us for 2 1/2 months and has a lot of anxiety. The groomer reassured him the entire time and spoke so sweetly. She did such a great job on his nails. ❤️
