I took my yorkie here and the groomer did not dry him properly and he was damp. I informed the groomer Elvira of what I did not like and she appeared to understand. The second time I took my puppy to get washed she mentioned that maybe someone else should groom the him because I complained. She refused to groom my puppy even though I had an appointment at 9 am she wanted me to wait until 10:30 when another groomer arrived.
