I love going to this store! It's like family. The Manager, Scott is awesome and so helpful. I feel like it's Disneyland in Jupiter......the happiest place! I love it!
As a former teacher of Jared Segal I am distraught over this stores handling of his termination. After calling Jared in and asking him to discontinue giving discounts for competitor’s coupons he did exactly that! Yet after proving himself for a week and a half they had him arrested. I know Jared to be honest, trusting and courteous during his four years of high school. I will never shop this store again. I will never shop a Petco again. Won't be doing any shopping at Jupiter petco and will be passing the word around so disappointed in the way you fired and had your autistic employee arrested how ignorant and insensitive
I won't shop at your store either due to firing the special needs boy. There are many other pet stores in the area I'd rather shop now.
I will NEVER shop here again! The manager should be fired and Petco should issue an apology for what they did to that poor kid with autism.

The management at this location should all be terminated immediately! If they don't get reprimanded for the poor and ridiculous decision they made having an autistic employee arrested, they will lose a heavy amount of business! They've already lost mine!
