Not forcing me to take $50 store credit because the shipper didn't include a packing slip. I didn't want $50 store credit. I bought elsewhere and wanted my money back. Also, your cashiers could be more customer oriented and less snooty.

Daughter got a fish a week ago it died. It happens. She wants to bury her fish. When I called them they said no I had to bring the fish to them and they keep it. That's policy. They refused to let me switch the fish and let her keep it to bury. Will never shop there again. Manager is a jerk and clearly had no feelings for a child who really didn't want her fish to be thrown in the trash.
Stopped selling fancy feast cat food . I will be going elsewhere.
Justine at Petco grooming was awesome! She did so great with my corgi, Chloe. Had her done right when she said she would!
We had a grooming appointment today at 10... the gentleman behind the counter was very nice. It was 10:15 our groomer wasn't there. The lady assured us she was on her way. I expressed I was worried she wasn't showing up. She told us it would be around 2-2 and a half hours till we could pick her up. My husband went there at 12:30.... guess what I biggest fear happened... our dog was locked in a cage for 2.5 hours. The groomer never showed up to work. The worst part was no one ever notified us. Love Nikki who has just taken extra special care of my nearly 13 year old goldendoodle who has been starting to show her age with her back legs. She cannot stand it off for long periods of time and Nikki just lets her rest and accommodate her needs. she has just been super duper fantastic with her and she will be sorely missed when she goes to California I really hope you come back!
I love the this store. Every one is so great and they know there animals and what they need especially fish employees and managers. :)
