Worst customer service ever
Genuinely starving reptiles. Michelle (Store manager) refused to speak with me about their health. Literally skin and bones. Geckos with bright lights on them, no food. I was told they had food MOST mornings. I have photos and will upload them. After her knowing I was waiting to speak with her, she told her other employees to say she was busy, then she had them lie saying she left for the day. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANY PETCO LET ALONE THIS ONE. THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AND I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE I KNOW GOES THERE AS WELL. THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS TERRIBLE. THE MANAGERS INCLUDING RICHARD AND MICHELLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS OR THE CUSTOMERS.
