Very disappointed in the grooming department. I was told that a dog needed a rabies shot to come get groomed. However, if the day was too old or had a medical reason, the vet could send a letter stating that. There is a waiver you sign for elderly dogs. One would think if you dog has a medical condition that prevented them from getting a vaccination they could still be groomed with said medical condition because the vet provided documentation as to why the dog can not be vaccinated. Apparently not selling Fish 😂 A Petstore that’s not selling Fish? That’s just insane. Like why have Fish in store if your refusing to sell them? You not gunna sell them for WEEKS? 😂 MONTHS? 😂 Way to make a 3 year old cry.
This is for Bergé in the grooming department. She is AMAZING! She takes so much gentle careful care with my 11 year old boy, I feel no anxiety leaving him in her care. Not only is she skilled in her job but she does it with love, patience, and kindness. She genuinely enjoys what she does and I’ll never take my pup anywhere else.
Everyone is very nice, but it seems as though there used to be more employees. But I understand that nowadays you have to watch labor costs.
This is not a 2 star rating ! I did not like my experience there. I took my grandson to see the Reptile Rally and they said that they weren’t having it because employees called off . We were so disappointed in the Port Orange store.
Clean, bright, pleasant staff, it’s a nice place to shop with your pet.
