I recently bought a harness for my puppy online. It was too small so I went to their Boca store to return it and purchase a smaller one. To my surprise, due to Covid, Petco is not accepting returns until further notice. How is it that you can return food at Publix, items on Amazon or ANY OTHER STORE, for that matter, and not Petco? I obviously took my business across the street to PetSmart where they are happy to take your returns.
RecommendedNice people and friendly.
Mrs Karina and her team was awesome with my big old boy Chili’s grooming, the details and love they put into him was soo awesome!!! We definitely visiting soon again!! Muchas Gracias!! Maria. 😊
Way better than PetSmart! They are more experienced than PetSmart and they know what your dog like then PetSmart and care about them more. Also Petco foods is cheaper than PetSmart
Great store ! All the employees are friendly and nice with all the animals that come in to the store. Just took Puupy training with our Dog and Lenore "Lenny " was great!
I like!
Terrible service. Do not bother with that store. Waist of time.
Great location, great items, and the grooming salon "Michelle" is the best.
