I recently bought a harness for my puppy online. It was too small so I went to their Boca store to return it and purchase a smaller one. To my surprise, due to Covid, Petco is not accepting returns until further notice. How is it that you can return food at Publix, items on Amazon or ANY OTHER STORE, for that matter, and not Petco? I obviously took my business across the street to PetSmart where they are happy to take your returns.

Way better than PetSmart! They are more experienced than PetSmart and they know what your dog like then PetSmart and care about them more. Also Petco foods is cheaper than PetSmart
Great store ! All the employees are friendly and nice with all the animals that come in to the store. Just took Puupy training with our Dog and Lenore "Lenny " was great!
