waited for 30 minutes to get help with the crested geckos..nobody came to help after asking repeatedly. i was about to buy all of them. Kind of hard to do if I can't get them into a box and pay
I’m looking for a small breed slow feeder bowl for my dog. Shelf shows a space for 1.25 & 2.5 ounce feeders with no product. I can’t find anyone working the floor. I go to the register and wait my turn. He calls for a manager who comes out of the office looking ill. Tell her what I am looking for and bring the larger 3.75 bowl to show her. Will never be shopping at this location again! Every time we do a pickup in store it’s never ready and the associates are incredibly rude. Waited over three hours to receive a confirmation and nothing. Went to the store and we were told the order was never received but we could buy the items we already paid for again! The person we dealt with who claimed to be a manager then suggested we get a refund and buy it in store and they would honor the price plus an additional 20%. Petco is appalling!! As a dog nanny, I say SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU! I will never again step foot in a Petco again. I will make sure none of my clients do either! You should be out there with Tara, pounding the pavement after your grave error!
If zero was an option... Then that would be it. YOU ARE DISGUSTING. HOW DARE YOU GIVE SOMEONES FUR BABY AWAY!!! I can't even fathom. You should be doing all you can to help find that little angel. I will make sure I and noone I know EVER goes to your location let alone shop ever again.
HOW CAN YOU GIVE AWAY SOMEONE'S DOG TO THE WRONG OWNER??????? I wouldn't trust this store with a dog stool sample let alone my precious baby. AVOID THIS STORE!
