KELLY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND Inhumane. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Petco. The employee, Kelly, lied to me not once, but twice, and treated me with complete disrespect. When I calmly said, “Kelly, please stop, I don’t want to continue — you keep yelling at me,” she ignored me and continued raising her voice.
