Petco has established a policy that they will not accept any returns related to “Covid” inclusive of all items- even those they will not be returning to stock. I have not experienced this at any other stores & find it unacceptable.
I am so frustrated with Petco right now. I have always been a loyal customer. Even if I am In the same parking lot as the other two pet stores I go out of my way to go to Petco. That changed today. On Dec 31, I bought a cat door. The guy helped me try to figure out a way to solve a problem I was having with my dog escaping. He assured me that I could return it if I needed to. The best Petco I’ve ever been to. The younger man with curly hair was so helpful and just very pleasant. Prices are usually lower her than others, but I’d come here for this service even if they were a bit higher. (Petco that doesn’t mean raise prices �)
Great grooming experience this past weekend, our pup was so calm and they were kind as ever! Love this Petco!
You wouldn't think that a corporate store could have such a caring and professional staff, but the groomers at this Petco are amazing. (41 and Bee Ridge) Friendly, and did a work of art bathing and trimming Odi our pomski. With Trixie my temperamental pug, they bathed and groomed her beautifully without a problem. Both dogs look incredible, and I'm sure they enjoyed the attention. Big thanks!
