I love going into petco as I love animals and getting my pups clothes and treats, however after an incident yesterday with an employee it is safe to say I will NEVER walk a foot into this business again. An employee (women) was very ignorant to me yesterday. 12/27/20 at 6:00pm. I took a picture of a hamster, as I’ve taken pictures of animals there before without an issue. I wish I didn’t have to write this, as I reached out to Petco on County Rt 64 in Big Flats directly to discuss this and no one got back to me. On Sunday we took Millie to Petco for a bath, brushing and have her nails clipped/buffed. When I came to pick her up, I was greeted by a very friendly groomer (who was not the same one I left her with or the one manager told me groomed her). Brittany was an awesome trainer and she's helped Thor come so far in the three classes we've taken. I'm sad that he's finished all his courses. I would (and have) recommend Petco to anyone looking for a great training experience!
I drove 20 miles for Puppy Playtime - after calling to be sure it was happening. Asked again when I arrived - oh yes, he should be here any minute. Waited 20 minutes, asked again. Woman comes out of the office and says, oh, he is going to be very late. No apology. No offer of anything - lousy customer service. Back to PetSmart. You had your chance, Petco.
Had a grooming appt. for 2 dogs and a 45 minute drive to take them they call when I am minutes away and say that I can not bring my dog who has been going there for 2 years because she has health issues and they changed their policy. I mad my appt. 2 weeks ago you should have informed me then. Very unprofessional and I would in the animal health care field. Boycotting Petco!
I absolutely love our puppy trainer Brittany! She really cares about Cooper and believes in him! We have done several classes with her and look forward to more! Brittany really knows what she is doing! Thank you for believing and pushing cooper to continue on!
