I have always taken my pups here to get their nails cut. It was always a pleasant experience. Not anymore. One point they didn't have a groomer, then no one was there at all. Today I went in and was told it would be a 45 minute wait and that I could come back and try then. Every time I have ever gone in the past they have gotten to them right away. Had our first encounter with them to train our GSD puppies. Mary H was the Trainer and what a fantastic job she did. Understanding but firm. We still KIT with the Store, great, friendly, and happy people with good service and products. Mary also ran the puppy play time and our baby GSDs gave her quite a run. Yet they have turned into the most obedient, intelligent, loving animals. I told the store folks some other Cos charge for owner to bring the dogs in for play. I have been trying to place an order on line. I send the password reminder and it has an error code. I call corporate and get some chick who needs to blow her nose and learn English. Still no success.
