Absolutely disgusting. The bearded dragons looked dead, they had feces all over their bodies and they were laying flat in the middle of the day!!! And one was stuck on the screen top with no way down. They were covered in stress marks and when I asked the employee to please check on them. Kayleigh is a great trainer, she has a lot of patience and great tips for success.
Puddles has been going to grooming at Petco since she was a puppy. She will be five in May. Love the TLC she receives. I have had many compliments on her cute hair style. Max and Bella now go too! Jessie and the friendly employees make our visits fun.

We were very disappointed with customer service on Sunday, August 9th. Brought in our Shar pei to have her nails clipped as we have in the past, several times. It was a 20 minute ride over and there were two technicians, both busy grooming other dogs. We waited another 20 minutes in the store, only to be turned away without any service. An hour wasted! I took my Kira Lynn in today for her shots, everyone was incredibly patient with her. I loved it.
