Took my mothers puppy to be bathed because the hairdresser was gone for the month of September so no hair cut but wanted her to get a basic wash for $21 with the flea wash another $12 on top of the basic wash for $33 ok no problem Til My mom got there to pick her up and was told it was $44 because they cost $21 for the basic wash and then another $23 if you want to flee wash so the puppy came home with a $44 glorified flea bath and nails trimmed. I was met right at the front door and asked what I was there for. I needed dog food but wanted to look at the brands first. Was told unless I knew exactly what I wanted I needed to leave the store. I was mortified! How horrible to treat a customer! I left, won’t be back.
Listen and read the comments. From what I've read, I would not bring my pet for grooming. Usually your local Vet has someone that will do grooming.
Had my sheltie groomed on 8/18 and he looks like a different dog. He looks like a puppy again. I would highly recommend PetCo (and Sarah!) for anyone that wants their dogs groomed.
