Petco on Clybourn is great for the essentials. We go to this Petco for grooming because they know our dog, and always treat her well (Alyssa, the grooming manager, is amazing and super sweet to Lula). They are also right across the street from PAWS Chicago (a wonderful no-kill shelter). They offer coupons to people who rescues animals from PAWS to help you get started taking care of your new pet. ANIMAL LOVERS BEWARE My dissapointment in the PETCO company is beyond words and I find the actions of the Clybourn store operators to be abhorent. My mother who has been a loyal & very good customer, was dropping off her recent PAWS foster at the Clybourn Center. I took the Adult Dog training classes 1 & 2 with Ducki. She really cares about your relationship with your dog. It was a small class and she was always willing to provide us with any extra support. The first class was so productive I chose to take a second class. It wasn't easy, but Brewster and I have improved our relationship and have improved on obedience and response.
I like this Petco the people are so nice here! And they really care about the animals!
