So the people that work at this petco in rockford on E. State are super dumb! If i wasnt a nice person they would have heard from me. Walked into the store they have dead fish floating in many tanks but nothing is closed! We walked past the ball pythons and corn snakes and anyone could have taken them becuase the cages are not locked in nor were the gerbils and the guy then tells us "yea yesterday the farrets werent locked either.... umm what! Will not be shopping here anymore. Went for a bottom feeder and was refused service. The manager was a blow-hard that couldn't prove he knew what he was talking about, insulting, and only said he's done this a long time. What is a long time?
