Petco is my recommendation!!! Between my entire family and my daughters in-laws we have 6 dogs and we all shop at this petco and for good reason. They are nice, fully understanding and very knowledgable. Last year my dog Bella wasn't acting right and I thought she had fleas, the grooming salon Manager took the extra time to take Bella in and check her over. Petco is great! I have been a petco customer for over 4 years and I have never been more happy now that they've changed Managers in store and in grooming. Everyone is so nice and polite they all really know their stuff. They have everything and my dog actually likes going into the grooming area whereas before he would shake and whine. The new staff is smart and actually loves my dog. They see hundreds of dogs a week and still they know my dog, by name, the moment we enter. We had our Persian cat groomed by Amanda and she did a great job! We weren't sure if our cat would allow her to shave him but Amanda was quick and efficient and had the right calming touch to get the job done with no problems. Our kitty even got a nice bath. So happy we came here and we'll be back next time our kitty needs his hair cut!

I filed a complaint with corporate over one of the managers, Chris Carr. When I arrived, I asked the first employee I saw to ask to speak to the store leader; Chris lied to me and told me he was the store leader (apparently the real store leader is named Pauline.) I told him I know you are not the store leader and again asked for HR’s number. He smirked and told me he didn’t know it. I told him I am filing a complaint for sexual harassment at multiple stores. I stopped in today to pick up some cat litter and food. I picked up a big 40lb bag of cat litter by the corners of the bag and put it in a cart. As I pull my hand away, I notice something wet and yucky on my fingers. I look back at the bag, and I see maggots on the bag. I had just squished a bunch of maggots with my bare fingers. I wipe my hand off and look at the other bags of the same size and kind of litter. All 3 bags had signs of maggots on them. How did someone s… See more
