Worst customer service I have experienced at this store. We bought a hamster 2 days ago and came in for another today and the girl refused to sell me one unless I bought a separate cage from THAT store today. Awful and will NOT be back
I was in Carbondale for business when I got a call from home that we needed pet food. I didn't have my debit card but saw a petco down the street. The very friendly men there helped me order food, litter and treats all sent to my kitties with no shipping charges. Thank you all for your help.
Too expensive but only local place with ferret supplies. I usually buy online fromAmazon for lower cost.
