If I could give less than one star for their grooming service, I would. The groomer Rose was terribly rude to me while making my appointment. I asked to speak to the manager (I believe her name was Brittany) and was told that Rose is looking for employment elsewhere and is not very pleasant at the moment. My dog had a 1:30 appointment today, I was told to give them a couole if hours. I go back at 3:30 and she is just then being dried and not even started clipping and when I say something to the groomer she said I am the only groomer here and I gave to take dogs in line (understandable), but her smart aleck remaek was not. I call the manager and I get told she won't be ready until 5:30. This groomer was also not being very nice to the dog that she was grooming while I was in there.
