We have been taking our dog there for grooming for 2years now. Never had any issues there with the staff like some of the other comments. Brittany is wonderful with our Miss Toodles. The store staff have always been helpful. 2 thumbs up👍👍
I had a great visit especially since my dog was just taken in for his shots we were in and out and scheduled a grooming appointment. I had a cheerful cash register lady she was very nice.
The most disrespectful employees I have ever come across. Asking for them to help me so my fish didn't die and they couldn't even give me 2 minutes of time without brushing me off. Will never be returning. You just lost a customer.
Bought a goldfish Thursday and within 20 hours died the condescending skinny girl hesitated to replace, once she did we got our new fish home & 28 hours later DEAD and now my other fish look sick... It's not our tank, you teastd out water petco has dead fish in their tanks
We have our rescue cats at Lehigh St. I love the people there. They are all very nice and helpful. Petco is a good store. My only disappointment was someone from corporate made us take the pictures we have that help teach people. Corporate wants us to be their partner, but do not have a reality on what it takes for adoption and the education of people against abuse and abandonment. And how to help the cats.
Prince loves going to the girls there. He likes being fussed over. And they do such a good job with him! Thank you ladies! Xoxo
