RecommendedThis review is for the Dog Training service, in particular, their trainer Jake Riley. Jake is an avid dog lover and has bonded with my pup from the first training session. Jake goes to great lengths to establish rapport with dog and owner and is an amazing young man in his own right. I just renewed my training schedule for more classes. Our training classes are the highlight of our week! Jake comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
take care of their reptiles better. poor snakes tank is 100 plus on the hot and cool side with humidity levels well below what they need to be. which is why they have a poor snake stuck in shed. shame on you. I will drive to Washington PA, they take care of theirs.

Bad customer service. Lindsay would not allow my daughter and I to hold a hamster or guinea pig unless we were purchasing one. We did know if we were until we can feel for the animal hands on. She had the nerve to tell my 15 yr daughter she had other customers to wait on when she wanted to hold a guinea pig. Your store lost a $250 transaction even after we got to hold the animals finally after convincing you to do so. Your rudeness was not worth our money. Your groomers should be trained to handle dogs, After moving my appointment up , my Lhaso attempted to snap at the girl there because she was trying to look at his back legs and she is so frightened to get bit, she refused to do him !!! You are in the wrong business sweetheart , dogs need to be talked to and you don't know what you are doing ! I used to be a Vet Tech are you kidding me ! I will never purchase another thing from Petco ! What a horrible experience for my poor little dog !

Just now in petco and a female clerk asked if I needed help, I started to ask her for what I needed when some guys comes behind us from another row and says yes I need your help and then says oh sorry didn’t realize you were helping her and she says that’s ok, turns to me and says I’ll be right back. How about no thanks petco and your ignorant staff - I won’t be back! And when I came in people were waiting at the checkout and there was no clerk in sight.
They have the friendliest staff here and are always so helpful! Super cute toys and supplies, Honey & I️ love to come shopping here!
