If you're going to offer your "buy online, pickup in store" service, at least make sure that what is in the store reflects accurately online. The ONE thing that I really needed is the ONE thing that supposedly is now not available. When it's a brand that only you offer, that's a problem. In addition, now I have to make an unnecessary drive there to pick up some other stuff that I really only ordered because I was already coming there for an item that now I can't get.

I'm a trucker and brought my two Roaddogs in for a Thanksgiving groom. ALL the staff were EXCELLENT to both me and my Pals. Friendliest folks!
Staff is not very knowledgeable about the animals they sell. State that guinea pigs do fine alone, when they should always have at least 1 buddy, then saying oh, maybe I'm thinking of hamsters.... Train & quiz your staff, they want to work with cute little animals make sure they are giving good advice to your customers.
Just had my puppy in to get his nails trimmed. Staff there was great and friendly.
Grooming department does a great job at a reasonable price!
