I get my dog and I love here. We do all our training, grooming and supply shopping here. If Petco had a inhouse vet. We'd have another reason to stop by.
I was in this location the other day and it was an absolute mess!!! The dog clothes were off hangers and thrown everywhere. There were clear hangers all over the floor and I slid on them multiple times. They had carts, signs, shelves, and other crap EVERYWHERE and signs placed in the wrong place. My daughter and I stood in the Greensburg store looking for an employee to help us. Could not find one other than the cashiers who were busy. After waiting 20 minutes we returned the items we were going to buy and left. Very disappointed.
Josh in the aquarium department has awesome customer service. We are first time fish tank owners and he took his time and described everything we needed to know about fish, and the equipment needed. If anyone needs help with fish questions or if you are like us, he is full of knowledge! Thank you so much for your time! It was greatly appreciated. Also the gentleman at he register had a great attitude too!
We adopted a cat-Teddy from PAL within Pet Co. He is the most sweetest kitty. Thank you to Phillis for giving us the chance we had with Teddy even though it didn't work out.
