I was so amazed that the service was as bad. We brought our dog there just to get nails cut and then after waiting for twenty minutes AFTER they told us we were fine they say to us we need our rabies certificate. First why wouldn’t they ask that in the beginning?? No they made us wait and then said “sorry that’s just how it is.” Second- who has the actual cert?? That’s what the TAG is for!!!!! Wow. Go to to Pet Supplies Plus!!
Petco in West Chester is awesome they know what they're doing and they're great too everybody else not everybody I read everybody else's who's singing about their fish died and they didn't know anything about a hamster was injured whatever you guys probably injured it yourself understood Petco on the other hand are very good what they do and I'm happy I go to this one.
I would not buy an animal from Petco again. They sent me home (NE Philadelphia) with an injured hamster, even after having it for 2 weeks and with me stating the injury was still there. I took it back to the west chester location, they kept it for another two weeks and was going to sell it to me without even looking at it. When I noticed the injury was still there, I told them and they took it away from me without letting me say anything.
