As I was going to check out today I witnessed a terrified yorkie being ripped around by it’s facial hair and ears because it wouldn’t sit still for the “groomer” as another “groomer” stood and watched. I am absolutely disgusted and I will NOT be going back.
Went here yesterday for crickets. I bought two packs of 36 so I’d have enough for a few days. I get home and basically every single cricket was dead. Now I’ll only have enough to feed my beardie for 2 days if I’m lucky. Between both packages I didn’t even get 30 crickets that were still alive. The packages I bought were from 2/19, but they had packages on the shelf from 2/2!!! I can’t even imagine how gross those containers are. Never shopping here again.

Across the board with pet supplies, supplements, food, training classes, grooming, some veterinary services, and even visiting Santa, Petco has been my go-to place for starting my life with 2 new pups. Their valuable and professional advice, customer service, and straight up kindness is MUCH appreciated. My pups love visiting and get LOTS of attention and snuggles by the staff. Have to give a huge shout out to Kait, our cashier today - she was fantastic It's Christmas eve, and I have my two kids under 2 years old with me. One is so excited he's running around and touching everything, the other is antsy and hungry and ready to get out of the car seat. Kait must have seen my permanently plastered look of exhaustion on my face and went above and beyond to help me.
