I will not be going back,I went to the Monroe location in Toledo Weds Jan 13,2021. I went to buy a heater and some fish.The associated lack service skills, no one asked me did I need assistance, three looked me right in my eye and never bothered to ask could they assist me, so I told them that I needed assistance. I did purchase a rather expensive heater, I'm not convinced that it is working properly. Long term customer for years, won’t be back after today.
They kicked me out before I could buy a gravel vacuum so I won't be going back there again. Very rude! I did nothing wrong just shopping.

Getting crickets for Levi's bearded dragon.
We took Max into the Groomers since our regular Groomer was closed. They were great and all of the employees we passed while walking through the store were great.
