worst customer service ever , understand people want to get home for the holiday New year Eve but still got a job do and all three employees working that day was horrible
The manager of the store was a complete jerk to me and my virtual students when we went there to buy fish for our classroom tanks. I was zooming with them so they could help me pick since they had done the research. When I asked for a male and female of each of the species the students picked, she said, "I'm just catching! You get what you get...and if they die, its on you since its for a classroom, I'm not giving you any guarantee!" This store has the best employees! One manager (I think his name is Kyle) once showed me how to tell if my 2 newly adopted guinea pigs were male or female (I was afraid one was a boy.) Manager Cody is also really cool and always has the answer!
This Petco has the worst customer service and the rudest employee in the grooming department. The manager was also rude and unprofessional. I ended up leaving with my dog soaking wet and still had to pay for the full self-service bath. I won't be coming back or suggesting this retailer to any of my friends.
RecommendedI brought my very sweet dog Rocky in to get groomed and Jeff did a fantastic job! You can tell he's at least one groomer who really loves and has patience with the puppers.
They lost a loyal customer today. Took my pet to have his nails trimmed. I was refused service because I didn't have paperwork stating he had a valid rabies vaccination even though the rabies tag is clearly on his collar. They said it was company policy and there is nothing they can do. The tag is proof of rabies vaccination. Who carries the paper from the vet with them anywhere? Stand by your policy. Lose a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at your store. Asinine.
Manager in the grooming department is extremely rude and unprofessional!
