For anyone who has ever considered dog training at Petco (Sandusky, OH) in Sandusky---- I cannot discourage this enough and can't even fully describe how dissatisfied we are. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, spent a lot of money on saltwater supplies and cat supplies. Bought a cleaner shrimp yesterday that died on the way home. Went to store today to exchange or get a credit (since I'm a frequent shopper). Store refused to do anything, cited parasites? Your water is contaminated clearly. Lost my business permanently, I found an online retailer that provides far better service. Thanks for nothing.
Recently purchased a pink toe tarantula from here. They really do a good job of getting things taken care of. The manager Scott got right around to helping me and took care to note that noticed another spider was missing a leg. They genuinely do take great care of the animals and other critters. 7 out of 8 of my current pets came from this store and all are in good health.
I love shopping at the Sandusky Petco. They're always so nice and friendly to me when I visit and if there is an animal that I noticed that didn't look good (which rarely happened on my visits) I let a worker know and they always checked right then and there and took care of their animals. Animals come first to them and that's why I always shop there!
