They were very rough grooming the poor crying dogs. Forcefully pulling hair out of their ears. Do not take your dogs here if you care about them! Take them to a professional groomer who will do it in front of you. Over half the beta fish look dead.
The customer service here could use some improvement. On 12/27 I placed an online order around 2pm for pickup which said would be ready in an hour. When I arrived to the store they told me my order wasn’t ready and hasn’t even gone through their system yet. I asked if they were able to grab the item since it was literally just a bag of Purina Puppy Pro plan. The employee then tells me someone from the back would bring it out.
